What is the Brain Body Method?
The Brain + Body Method™, the signature and cornerstone process of my program, focuses on alignment, resilience, and showing up with purpose. Reset your mind and body your way.
Brain – Our brain is our control center. By providing correct energy and space for our brain, we can maximize our potential. Additionally, by drilling down to who we really are we can create our ideal vision of ourselves. Once we have that vision, we can start to put the pieces into place to make it a reality.
Body – With our bodies for both person and horse, the Brain Body Method will focus on having symmetry (balance). This methodology uses tools to help create first the awareness, then the muscle memory of balance throughout the body. This balance then helps to maximize our power.
Balance – We help to create a connection between our bodies and brain. This CONNECTION is what drives our speed and efficiencies within movement patterns (such as roping or riding). Also, we help to create the balance and space needed for YOU to pursue your ideal version of you, whatever that may look like.
